PLANT MANAGER ( United States Aluminum Corp. Vernon, CA-Aluminum-Doors &
Frames 2009 to 2011
Full responsibility for two manufacturing/distribution sites, CA and AZ.
Managed full operations, material handling, manufacturing in three shop
areas, Door, Frames, and Secondary operations, Paint line,
Shipping/Receiving and all Quality and Engineering operations. Utilized
WMS and RF technology in Distribution operation. Responsible for all
California Distribution.

Connectors 1999 to 2000
Managed full operations, with budget responsibility for manufacturing and
manufacturing engineering of aerospace connectors. Managed development and
implementation of engineering technicians to Lean out the operation and
automate hand assembly operations. This required effective scheduling,
training, and logistics for both the US and Mexico sites to ensure product
availability to meet Quality and Customer delivery requirements.
OPERATIONS MANAGER ( Huck International - Branford, CT-Automotive Blind
Fasteners 1997 to 1999
Reorganized manufacturing/distribution operation from a traditional batch
environment to work cells. Converted the operation to continuous flow
processing of manufacturing to gain control of quality, delivery, and
improve customer service shipments on time. Relocated the entire operation
to Texas without any interruption of quality, or delivery. Managed the
closure of the Branford, CT facility at completion of the move.

Managed full operation, which included P&L responsibility for two focused
factory units. Responsibility for quality, manufacturing, materials,

facilitator for Lean Process improvements in all areas of manufacturing
operation. Managed the development of preventative and predictive
maintenance activities on equipment. Initial Operations Manager for plant
