Wrote matrix multipliers

the speedup, efficiency, cost and scalability. Both programs were written in C++ and MPI
functions were
used in the program running parallel algorithms.

written in C. Each teller and
customer was represented by its own thread and access to the accounts were
ensured to be performed in a thread-safe manner using condition variables,
mutex locks and semaphores.
