first centralized National Commercial Operation

staff for servicing 34,000 accounts with an

aggregate of approximately $36 Billion, consisting

of portfolio, CMBS, FHLMC, FNMA, and FHA.

Instrumental in the set up of the Texas

operations through the consolidation of three

centers from Houston, New York and California

including the development of policies/procedures

and the hiring of over 150 employees for the

center. Cost savings of approximately 10% of the

banks assets.

Conversion, which consisted of successfully

merging three systems into one that now services

34,000 loans for approximately $36B. Conversion

was completed ahead of schedule.
