The work involved integrating existing heterogeneous applications (Finance, HRIS, Sales,

Marketing, Resource and Operations). Finance related information is put on to the message

bus using the TIB Adapter, which monitors the finance database and put the relevant

information on the bus. The Marketing application listens on to the published data and

makes appropriate real time corrections. The work involved displaying real time

information to the marketing team based on the changes in the finance application.

Responsibilities

Implemented real time messaging System Using TIBCO Rendezvous and automated the

Enterprise Application.

Generic Wireless Subscription Management

Service providers and resellers shall be able to use G-WSM for activations,

deactivations, swaps, upgrades and replacements of wireless devices (like PALM, SKYWALKER,

SKYTEL and AOL) wirelessly over the Mobitex network without manual intervention. It has

been emphasized that the system should provide a generic solution to provide a reusable,

flexible and scaleable foundation for all future service providers as well as for BSWDs

(Bell South Wireless Data) own service offerings. IM+ (Interactive Messaging) devices

shall be able to use G-WSM for network and service provisioning which includes adding,

deleting and modifying services offered by a service provider.

Supplementary Requirements include implementing an EAI (Enterprise Application

Integration) model with integration of the G-WSM system with a customer management system

(currently BP and OM) for order management, service provisioning and billing using TIBCO

as the messaging bus.

To achieve this, different systems like Network Provisioning System, Activation Gateway

the handling of share transactions made by various clients. It processes share

transactions listed on different Stock Exchanges. It also includes the generation of

various reports, which can be tallied with the report sent by exchange. It handles the

activities at ends, i.e., Client (Broker) & Company (Exchanges).

It also keeps track of the all transactions made by clients for different settlement

numbers. This is a client-server application with extensive GUI front end to provide a

variety of informations to the users on various aspects of the exchanges and the

transactions. I was involved in the design of the system and coding several screens and

several reports, some of which were done by writing stored procedures.
