Strategic Sourcing Manager - US

2009 - 2012

Managed development of installation subcontract base for

electronic security systems and supported field service materials

(wire, tools, uniforms) for ~4000 company technicians,

spend ~$60M.

* Developed / implemented subcontractor supply chain strategy as

part of cross-functional team effort for new business unit during

reorganization / centralization / expansion.

* Sourced and developed national service contactor for new

service offering, increasing company revenue stream by $5 -10M

* Renegotiated $20M in armed guard services for service

* Led procurement team efforts to renegotiate US supply base
