Lead Customer Service Representative

Processed product returns from farmers. Performed warehouse opening duties, including making sure that the schedule is printed, all orders are ready to be loaded, make sure all orders went through the EDI system, and that all receipts went through as well. If they did not go through, then I would go into their system and manually put them in. Communicated with the customers about any projects they wanted done or any checks they wanted made with the inventory. Regularly checked in drivers and made sure that all of their paperwork matched what they were supposed to have and then check out the drivers to make sure that they have the load that they are to pick up. Responsible for making sure that the orders that are sent over to our warehouse match what the customer has put in the system. If there is any type of discrepancy then I let the customer know so we can figure out why we didn't receive the order. During our return season, I make sure that all the paperwork that comes in from the warehouse is scanned over to the customer so that the farmer can get credit for his return. Manage and monitor that cycle counts are done everyday and if there are any discrepancies, research and find out why.
