Objective To obtain a position as a warehouse material coordinator.
Summary of qualifications Served as a temporary material coordinator in the 203rd SSA. Perform daily duties of receiving, issuing, storing and completing turn-ins. Functional on SARSS1, SARSSII, SAMS1, SAMMSII and ULLSG systems. Hazmat qualified. Verifies shipping documents; inspects incoming equipment for serviceability and damage; operates material-handling equipment, packs crates, stencils, weighs; and band equipment for shipment or storage, operate office equipment, assigns storage location for rotation of stock; maximum utilization of sensitive, classified or hazardous storage, or warehouse space; maintain file of personnel authorized to receive supplies; perform inventory and location and surveys, and maintain centralized stock locator files.
Administration: Establish and maintain stock locator system and managed document control procedures. Maintain automated and manual accounting records, post receipts and turn-ins. Monitor accounts payable and receivable records. Correct errors and exception documents. Prepare and notate distribution equipment.
Material Control: Review and verify quantities received against bills of landing, contracts, and purchase requests and shipping documents. Unloaded, unpack, visually inspect, count, segregated, palletize and store incoming supplies and equipment. Pack various equipment and supplies.
