Contractor for Lockheed-Martin NCITe (Next Generation Cyber Innovation Center), Gaithersburg, MDAV (Audio-Visual) Support: Maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, repair and management of a variety of equipment including nearly 50 projectors and screens, BARCO video wall (and associated systems/equipment), Video Teleconference (VTC) systems, touch screen room controllers (and associated equipment) and electronic whiteboards (Sharp, SMART). Coordinated, setup and supported VTC and telepresence connections as requested. Created easy-to-understand user guides for all systems supported from scratch and trained end users on equipment usage as needed.IT Support: Maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, repair and management of PCs, Macs, laptops, touch screen (PCs, laptops, tablets, MS Surface) and Vgo Robotic Telepresence System. Imaged (setup) PCs and laptops with LM-specific Windows 7 OS/associated applications (including Office 2010, antivirus, encryption and other applications). Administered Webex and Vgo accounts, troubleshooting issues as needed and provided end user training. Provided level 1 support for Cisco Telepresence systems as needed.Meeting Support: Setup of room, equipment and guest support (connectivity to wireless network, AV systems, etc.). Contractor for Lockheed Martin, TSS (Transportation and Security Solutions) Division Gaithersburg, MD. Managed 45 conference rooms, including scheduling use of the Advanced Concepts Center (a high-end meeting center with BARCO video wall, VTC capabilities and multiple screens) within the facility. All other rooms equipped with a PC, Projector and Polycom phone, 7 (seven) of which also had VTC systems (Tandberg and Polycom). Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all equipment in each room. Also performed occasional meeting setup and support as requested.Responsible for de-conflicting conference room calendars, including frequent relocation of meetings as needed. Educated existing user population and trained new hires on room reservation and use best practices.Created "Control Books" (User Guides) for systems, processes and ACC from scratch that are still in use today. Scheduled, setup and supported recurring and single instance videoconference connections using Office XP/2003 and TMS (Tandberg Management Suite).
