Operations/Training Manager – Property Book Team Chief 2010-2012
Responsible for the day-to-day personnel operations for the ILSS Contract in Afghanistan. Aligned multi-location training programs for the Property Book Unit Supply-Enhanced (PBUS-E) training program. Provided lecture-based training on the underlying supply regulations, policies (to include theater-specific policies), and applicable fragmentation orders (FRAGO).
Responsible for coordinating program priorities with higher commands and providing guidance and directions to the Program Manager. Interfaced with government officials and HTSI Headquarters on complex and diverse personnel and operations issues. Supported the site's Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Safety/Fire Prevention programs.
Assisted personnel in coordinating operational and personal travel. Managed personnel Rest and Recuperation leave schedule for over 300 HTSI personnel on contract.
