Certified Project Specialist, Insurance Lead, for FEMA performing analysis of State, County, City, University, school district and non-profit hospital’s insurance coverage’s to determine extent of disaster funding to be granted for damages not covered by property insurance. Supervised staff evaluating the public entities insurance coverage’s and establishing amounts of FEMA grant funds to be paid as disaster assistance. Certified in FEMA in Public Assistance Program [OPS-1] for Hurricane Ike damages in Ohio and Texas. Prepared project damage assessments [Project Worksheets] to determine the value of damages to public entity who have requested disaster assistance.
Extensive experience in the executive level management of large construction programs and projects which included managing Marriott Corp’s, hotel construction program in a eleven state region and the construction of the Dhahran, Saudi Arabia air base in the Peace Hawk program.

NADO Insurance Services, [2011]. General Adjuster for Citizens Property Insurance: Reviewed field adjuster claims and compared policy coverage’s to the damages reported to determine applicability to contract. Reviewed field adjusters estimates and approved or rejected for revision.

General Adjuster: Inspected catastrophic earthquake damages to commercial properties in the Christchurch, New Zealand central business district, preparing detailed reports for the insurance companies on the extent of the damages and setting large dollar reserves.

Work Responsibilities
Interpreted policy coverage=s, inspected property damages, estimated repair cost, prepared business interruption and inventory claim losses for wind and flood claims resulting from Hurricanes Irene, Lee, Dolly, Ike, Francis, Jeanne, Katrina, Wilma, including preparation of required evaluation, reports and recommendations to insurance carriers. Evaluated and adjusted flood and oil damage claims to commercial and residential property resulting from oil spill caused by river flood in Coffeyville Kansas. Northrup/Tumpane Joint Venture, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
Resident Engineer / Project Manager
Planned, scheduled and supervised the efforts of a 1400 man multi-national construction work force building aircraft landing facilities, maintenance and repair buildings, schools, housing, hospitals, roads, power distribution and utilities. This also required the installation of a 2,000,000 cubic yard site filling operation and its related mining and hauling operations.
Directed all site activities for the design, construction, safety and testing of materials for a new military base equal to the size of a small city.
Instituted and managed a U.S. Corp of Engineer safety program.
Supervised an inventory control system for the all building material site operations. This included management and inventory of the contents in over 1000 containers, developing and implementing retrieval and replenishment system to insure that construction activities were not interrupted or to make site adjustments for the delivery sequence since all materials were bulked shipped from the United States or Europe.
Project consisted of building an infrastructure of roads and utilities, a 15,000 ft runway, five hangers, one school, 1000 multi-family apartments, 585 residential homes, one hospital and fourteen commercial buildings and warehouses.
