Team Leadership:Led a Aluminum Reduction Scrap Team initiative resulting in a reduction of aluminum scrap from 12.8% to Accountable for 6 production teams on a business unit to assist in improving the flow of the departments and by bringing stability to the business unit.Collaborated with the product development team and engineering teams to successfully implement new designs and trouble shoot known problems.
