Introduced parametric testing methods, specified test equipment, supervised test personnel and rationalized magnetics manufacturing. Instrumental in meeting aggressive schedules in a dynamic concurrent engineering environment.Specialist in high voltage, hostile environment insulation systems and PWA coatings.Considered the in-house expert for electronic chemicals and adhesives. Member MRB.

Company failed to gain follow-on contracts. The workforce was reduced from 800 on date of my hire to less than 525 in late 1991. Division subsequently sold.
