I have an excellent logistics background and also retail sales. My responsibilities have taken me to many different positions in logistics up to and including teaching maintenance management to Senior Warrant Officers as well as Commissioned Officers. I have supervised up to 170 employees in six different shops responsible for the Preventive/Unscheduled maintenance of over 350 million dollars worth of equipment in Germany. That experience working with the local workforce is invaluable in understanding the myriad of customs managing a foreign work force. The Home Depot taught me the importance of customer service ensuring that sales goal were met or exceeded on a regular basis. Working the stores in the Miami area made for a great experience as many stores exceeded one million dollars in weekly sales. The challenge of such stores taught me the value of a good shrink program as well as the importance of remaining in-stock, this ensured that sales goal were met.
I am a self-starter, quick on my feet and not afraid to make decisions. Having implemented and maintained successful logistical programs throughout my military career, I feel I would be an asset to any organization.
