Risk Manager/Sr. Analyst - Member US Air Force Space & Missile Center (SMC) Independent (Space Launch) Readiness Review Team (IRRT)-Software Review Panel; U.S. Army Future Combat System (FCS)

Member of USAF Space & Missile Center (SMC) Independent Readiness Review Team (IRRT) Software Review Panel responsible to USAF management for independent assessment of program risks in support of the SMC space flightworthiness certification program for space craft, launch vehicles, and payloads. Responsibilities included IRRT operations management tasks such as production and maintenance of IRRT Final Reports and the IRRT Guidebook governing IRRT risk assessment procedures. Performed administrative tasks within the USAF IRRT knowledge management database. Provided input to proposal teams.

Responsible to Boeing safety management for mission assurance and safety assessment of command and control segment of the U.S. ARMY Future Combat System (FCS), a system-of-systems including advanced robotic air and ground vehicles, sensors, weaponry, integrated computer and network management sub-systems. Verified derivation and implementation of system and software safety engineering requirements. Maintained and supervised execution of the Safety Plan approved for program use by the U.S. ARMY Safety Directorate (CECOM).
