Inspect plumbing beneath homes for leaking pipes, and repair as needed using torch solder, pipe joint glue, weld, pipe wrench or reciprocating saw as needed if rusted together. Extract dishwashers and associated plumbing if needed, level new dishwasher and reinstall into area specified. Troubleshoot and repair or replace washers and dryers using multi-meter, volt-meter, test leads, and visual inspection. Repair broken railings, steps and cracked or dry rotting wheelchair ramps using circular saw, jig saws, drills, measuring tools, levels and chalk lines. Remove, assemble, and install kitchen and bathroom sinks. Handle the repair and replacement of bathroom shower valves, toilet, and exhaust fan. Repair, remove, assemble and install kitchen cabinet and molding. Set a shower valve, reworking a drain, installation of a vanity faucet and sink. Trained and mentored ten personnel.
