Previous to buying my Kitchen Connections franchise & transitioning out of the auto repair business, I was a 16year ASE L-1 Master certified auto tech (c-1 also) at a few busy shops in the Clear Lake/Friendswood area, & I served double duty as the service writer, & lead tech at 2 of them. I achieved ASE master at the age of 19. While my certs did expire in 07', I can easily re-certify as I passed all of them on the first try, & never failed a recertification.
