I looked at the Veterans history of unit assignment, combat history and medical records, as well as awards and decorations to determine the most appropriate benefits that we could apply for, while making suggestions to the Veteran as to evidence that may be needed in support of these claims but may not have been contained within their specific Military records.
The most common areas that I assisted Veterans are the following: Veterans benefits counseling, assisting Veterans, widows and dependents with filing claims for service connected injuries and illnesses received while on Active Duty.
