118 unit retirement community with a full commercial kitchen, 140 seat
dining room serving 120 residents 3 meals/day. Maintained strong census,
the best net operating profit (>70% NOI) in the Washington District and won
multiple regional food awards for food quality, labor cost control and
total resident satisfaction.
CLOVER ISLAND INN, KENNEWICK, WA. GENERAL MANAGER 7/03 - 10/04
152 room full service hotel with 3,100 square feet of meeting and banquet
space, restaurant and lounge. In a year's time increased food and beverage
sales by $40,000/month. Room revenue increased by 33.8% for the first 6
months of 2004 when compared to the same period in 2003. Generated strong
support from the Historic Downtown Kennewick Association and the Greater
Tri-City Chamber of Commerce.

195 room full service hotel with 13,000 square feet of meeting and banquet
space. Increased revenues annually from 1999 to 2002 enabling the owners
