118 unit retirement community with a full commercial kitchen, 140 seat

dining room serving 120 residents 3 meals/day. Maintained strong census,

the best net operating profit (>70% NOI) in the Washington District and won

multiple regional food awards for food quality, labor cost control and

total resident satisfaction.

CLOVER ISLAND INN, KENNEWICK, WA. GENERAL MANAGER 7/03 - 10/04

152 room full service hotel with 3,100 square feet of meeting and banquet

space, restaurant and lounge. In a year's time increased food and beverage

sales by $40,000/month. Room revenue increased by 33.8% for the first 6

months of 2004 when compared to the same period in 2003. Generated strong

support from the Historic Downtown Kennewick Association and the Greater

Tri-City Chamber of Commerce.

BEST WESTERN TOWER INN & CONFERENCE CENTER, RICHLAND, WA General Mgr

195 room full service hotel with 13,000 square feet of meeting and banquet

space. Increased revenues annually from 1999 to 2002 enabling the owners

to sell the hotel in mid 2003. Very active in the Richland and Tri-Cities

Kennewick Hospital Foundation, the Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau

and the Tri-Cities Hotel & Lodging Association.
