HARRAHS HOTEL CASINO, Atlantic City, NJ - HIGH LIMIT PIT / MAIN CAGE RENOVATION: Completed both projects on time and under budget. Conducted Meetings with Harrahs Representatives and Project Team on progress. Worked with Superintendent on coordination issues and Subcontractor deliveries. Conducted Punchlist inspections on both projects. Worked with Lead Estimator on material takes offs for new work, including procurement of FFE. CAESARS ATLANTIC CITY OCEAN TOWER SUITES: Coordinated and conducted punch list inspections on suites (3 floors). Redevelopment of Garden State Park Cherry Hill, New Jersey 225 Acres - $500 Million Assisted numerous general contractors arriving to the site with the permitting process on projects onsite built by others, including projects built by Century 21 Construction. Simultaneously managed the submittal and RFI process for numerous buildings under construction using Primavera Expedition. Created the Master Bid List that included 450 contacts. Coordinated the installation and set-up of the double-wide field office that included office set-ups with furniture, telephone/internet systems. Kept project plans current and for distribution as necessary for all projects. Transcribed Meeting Minutes for all projects. Assisted in the Bid Process throughout the site. Met with Potential Bidders and attended De-Scoping Meetings. Met with Building Officials on permits and approvals. Walked the site daily taking project photographs. Met with subcontractors daily on items to complete. Monitored submission of Closeout requirements as the buildings were completed and turned over.
