I have been running every part of the Information Systems of small and medium businesses for almost eleven years now.

What I did not learn at Heald College of Technologies (Roseville) or New Horizon (Sacramento), I learned it onsite, from IT professionals and doing the job.

In my current position, I have been running the Information Technology of a 24/7 shift based, quarter based, ISO, SOX and DOD manufacturing facility of about 150 people and 230 machines.

From fixing to purchasing, planning to troubleshooting, backing up to recovering, I cover everything we run: VoIP phones, cell phones and Blackberries, printers and scanners, servers, desktops and laptops, Alarm system and -smart- HVAC, video surveillance, HAZMAT and security, and many other facility related functions. I am -The IT guy-, the -Doc- and I am it, the only go-to person..
