Communications Planner, I developed a coordinated plan for the Special

Assistant for Gulf War Illnesses. Worked closely with the CIA, NSC,

and VA in communicating government information on a controversial

issue. Developed a newsletter, expanded an award- winning Internet

website (GulfLINK). As a Communications-Electronics Staff Officer for

US Special Operations Command, I drafted all of the implementing

interoperability doctrines; set up and monitored equipment tests

(Desert Storm); solved problems of military usage of INMARSAT

satellites. Currently working on short-term telecommunications

projects. A secular newsletter which I produce won first-place (1996)

in a state-wide (FL) contest against over 200 organizations.

. (1987 - 1991) Partner of this marketing

communications consulting firm. Focused on short-term market research,

marketing support, and public relations projects for US, Japanese, and

mltination corporations. Developed new clients, created reports, made

distribution, satellite communications downlinks, and local production

relations programs for each geographic area. Developed marter

arrangements for advertising space and direct mail solicitations. Made

direct buls sales to corporate customers, building them to 300f

total. Over a six-year span, sales of this niche market product rose

to $2 million.

Introduced insert advertising with an immediate profit of $300,000 in

the first year.
