SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST CORELOGIC

October 2003 - March 2012 Westlake, TX

Following PMO methodologies develop requirements for Agile, Iterative and Waterfall projects to improve efficiencies in the tax processing service centers. Collaborate with the business customer and domestic and off-shore IT architects and developers. I worked with the Project Management group and the business to define scope and requirements for improvements in efficiencies and productivity through changes and additions to various information management systems. I coordinated QA (Quality Assurance) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) through implementation.

* Assisted business in analysis of current processes to develop improvements.

* Worked with the business and IT to gather requirements. Present the requirements to the stakeholders and IT for approval. Also monitored and assisted in the QA and UAT.

* Facilitated JAD and JAR sessions to gather requirements and design details.

* Served with a team of BSAs to develop a new front end loan boarding process and an automatic search process to put Taxer Ids and Tax Ids on new loans without human intervention.

* Developed a new GUI interface for the search process to replace the existing green screen interface with a number of improvements to help automate the largely manual process.

* Conducted a Joint Application Requirements (JAR) for a large project - Search Work Automated Processing (SWAP) - which was used to allow field personnel to load Taxer ID/Tax ID (Real Estate Taxers) information gathered at the Taxer location and then uploaded each day to new loans.

* Supported the new SWAP process through implementation and production for two years for 200 field personnel.

1990 - 1993 Malvern, PA

I ran the production operations for this manufacturing company started by myself and two partners. Decorative and Ornamental shapes were made using Gypsum, Cement, or Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for government buildings, museums, casinos, and even some houses.

* Directly supervised production personnel and mold makers.

* Other duties included hands on assistance in mold making, personally delivering product to Clients, and Client visits to investigate complaints or gather information to make bids on new contracts.

I was General Manager of a specialty building products company. Built a national sales force (38 Manufacturers Representative agencies), generated product literature and managed the production operations.

* Increased sales by 30% in the first three years.

* Introduced Just in Time (JIT) inventory and manufacturing controls achieving a 50% reduction in raw material inventories and a 65% reduction in finished goods inventories.
