Core Accomplishments
In Feb 1998, I left my position at GE Team Controls a became one of two partners at I&C Sales, us two partners were also the only two employees. My partner at I&C had capitalized on the sale of SCADA equipment but with the addition of my programming/installation/service skills and customer base we evolved the company into a Value Added Reseller and began our goal of becoming integration company. I started directing and performing the service, engineering, and all technical duties including hiring and training. As the company grew I assumed all operational and management duties other than financials and contracts.
In 2004 we changed the name of the company to Prime Controls, it has made IncInc's Top 5000 and Dallas' Top 100 multiple times and employees approx 300 employees in 5 offices and during my time there made a profit every year.
