Manager of Technical Service

Currently managing an ever growing department of Field Service Professionals and product dealers encompassing all of North America. I am currently part of the Global Service committee responsible for the overall direction and growth of Technical Service as a product.

Expanded Service team from 6 to 15 employees

Reduced dependence on third party resulting in >400K in budget reductions

Increased revenue streams and reduced overall burden in order to take the department from -$500K to its first profitable quarters

Established the US office as the first "out of Germany" training center. Implemented bi-annual training for both North and South American partners

Created "for pay" customer training programs, service programs, and product upgrades for increased revenue streams

Instituted/ created departmental and tech level P&L

Implemented a GPS based dispatching system for increased visibility and improve overall dispatching performance
