Loss Prevention Manager, 2002 to 2005 Loss Prevention Specialist, 2001 to 2002
As Loss Prevention Manager I was responsible for maximizing NBT profit in my assigned store by reducing inventory shrink, the combined accident frequency rate, and cash over/short losses to the budgeted goal. In this position I directed, supported, trained, and counseled store management in all Loss Prevention and Safety programs. As well as protected customers, employees and company assets by executing and establishing controls that minimize inventory shrink & losses due to accidents in each assigned location.
Key Results:
aaa Became the regional leader in loss prevention on new store openings, accurately training new store employees one-on-one on safety practices i.e. power equipment, top stocking, hazmat. Operations within my scope of receiving controls, front-end controls, as well fine lining the capital expense account (CEA) of a new store. Opened and assisted with 6 store openings and 2 major re-merchandising project.
