--taught seventeen different courses, at all levels--lower division, upper
division and graduate. Created five new courses to be added to the curriculum.
Scholarship:
--author or editor of 10 books, over 50 monographs, articles, chapters
in books and reviews
--several research grants, totaling over $2 million
--served on editorial boards of several professional journals
--more than eighty presentations or participation on panels at professional
meetings

--Includes serving as a Consultant-Evaluator for the North Central Association
and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges; Consultant for the
Educational Testing Service, the Ford Foundation,
--Commentary and Analysis on politics, campaigns and elections and public
opinion for local and national media--television, radio and newspapers
