Provide management and oversight to the Mental Health Consumer Initiatives team,

comprising eight people, each working on multiple projects.

Serve as a member of the Certi ed Peer Specialist training team, through which I have

trained peer specialists working in every mental health center in two states.

Create and maintain up-to-date curricula for the above, incorporating material effective for a

variety of learning styles and corporate environments.

SENIOR DIRECTOR, MENTAL HEALTH AMERICA OF THE HEARTLAND, KANSAS CITY, KS: 2005-2011

Develop and shape the profession of Certi ed Peer Specialist within the Missouri

community mental health system, including training development, workforce recruitment,
