SPRING 2006 STUDENT

A real-time 2D game which parodies The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and is coded using C++ and Direct3D. The game consists of nine fun, yet increasingly more difficult, rounds that feature different items and enemy types, each with its own unique AI. Animations combined with the use of Direct3D lighting are used to create a visually stimulating environment.

A full-featured, custom-built, review network for television analysis. Points of interest include a custom-made (that ultilizes Ajax), writer/director, and dynamically generated and review templates that support multiple different shows and . Additionally, my abilities as an excellent writer are showcased with of 144 episodes and 7 seasons.

MikeJer's 3D Graphics

FALL 2004 STUDENT

This is a custom-made 3D rendering application using C++, the Win32 API, and GDI to perform the equivalent of the basic operations available in Direct3D/OpenGL, such as simple lighting and affine transformations of points, lines, and polygons. Also included are a handful of different rendering options such as wireframe, depth cue, solid coloring, and lighting.

SUMMER 2004 STUDENT

Completed using C# and the .NET Framework, this simple 2D game parody of the popular FPS game Counter-Strike allows you to run around maze-like rooms while shooting enemies and picking up various items on your journey to defuse a bomb that is ticking down to explosion.
