I am applying for the Product Support Manager position. I feel my employment background closely mirrors the requirements for an individual with experience in oil and gas sales, marketing, business analysis, proposal experience and Natural Gas Engine knowledge. I have experience in strategic business development initiatives, marketing and business analysis that includes product and branch/division sales analysis integrated with customer analysis, and customer project spends. In addition, I have initiated and completed the development of business marketing reports, sales reports, and analysis reports, I have Natural Gas training experience, training course development experience, and have managed the design and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with a business marketing focus. The implementation of the CRM also required project management capabilities to meet the needs of many different stakeholders in different global regions with different business requirements.

I have worked with various teams and business divisions to develop strategies using customer market analysis, CRM data and corporate product line billings. The total sales/marketing analysis helped to reduce the impact of silo information and helped to develop a strategic sales focus. In additional my work experience also includes professional technical sales experience to various corporate management levels that involved a consultative approach, strategy formulation, and presentation of alternative options and problem resolution actions.

My educational background includes a B.Sc. and an MBA from the U. of C. I have taught both Operations Management and Marketing courses at a post secondary level to adult students at Columbia College in Calgary.
