LEADERSHIP
Continuously striving for perfection in all assigned tasks and expects the same from others. Instilling positive attitudes in co-workers has always been a strong suit. Use of hands-on management techniques guaranteed consistent superior results. In 19 years of leadership experience there has been no lose of productivity due to decision making.
PLANNING
I was highly commended by external evaluators for planning and executing the movement of 1200 soldiers and 900 pieces of equipment and supplies. All the planning and preparations were conducted within 4 days prior to movement from Ft. Drum, NY to Camp Blanding FL, and a return trip 10 days later. It was reported by the evaluators that this move was the smoothest move in recent deployments; this is one of many commendations.
