Project Management:
Championed and led the implementation of an HRIS (Ultimate Software - UltiPro) which resulted in streamlining the payroll, time management and HR functions.
Merged with Memphis Heart Clinic in 2007 and managed the on-boarding and benefit enrollment process which resulted in a smooth transition for staff and, thereby, eliminated any negative perceptions.
