Very good working relations with employees, other supervisors, contractors and suppliers. During my 20 years in the foundry business I have only missed 2 days of work. Improved lining life and have found new and improved ways of doing most melt department jobs.Willing to work long shifts and do whatever is needed to make my employer profitable and move into the future with new and improved ways of doing things.

Melt Supervisor, Grede Foundry Bessemer Alabama 06/2011 - present Supervise and train employees. Do relines and run day to day production. Manage furnace operators,iron pourers, bull pushers and lab employees.

Melt Supervisor/Lab Manager, Frazier and Frazier: Coolidge, Texas 11/2010 – 02/2011-Supervised and trained employees.Worked with lab on chemistries.Worked on culture change and lean manufacturing to improve production and profitability.
