I work in the shipping department. I estimate and design load setup configuration to meet D. O. T. regulations and load the lumber on flatbeds to be delivered to our customers. I am responsible for not only my loads but other employees loading configurations. I am acting lead man when my Supervisor is out. I started out at an entry level position and moved up very quickly. I am a fast learner and have no problem following directions. I will work to be an asset to your company. My experience of Forklift and Equipment operating also involves problem resolution with equipment and other employees. My experience puts me in position to find ways to lead others into safe work practices while finding acceptable alternative methods that conform to basic safety regulations of my industry. I have around 6 1/2 yrs of supervising experience. I continue to be the leader of our safety committee and have worked at this for the last 8 yrs now. I am our in-house safety auditor at our local plant.
