Accountable to deliver Network Performance Management Solutions, Business Intelligence Solutions from the NTI (new Technology Introduction) program to Bell Operations and Customers(Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, Bank Of Montreal) using WebFocus, Infovista & Oracle. Responsible for liaison between the Technology Development team and the Operational groups that are using that technology to perform network planning, capacity planning, network provisioning Client Servicing, service assurance and other operations functions within Bell.

Responsibilities:Analysis of Project, Process and System requirements with Key Stake Holders and Sponsors with respect to BBSP (Bell Business Solution Process) which adapts with the IIBA best practises. Taking part in Business Requirement elicitation and identification, Roadmap Analysis, Use case Modelling, Business Rule Analysis, SRS Creation, Test plan and Deployment Activities including Implementation Plan. Ensuring Traceability across all documents are maintained (BRD-SRS/System Requirement Matrix-SDS-Test Cases). Get sign offs from Stakeholders and Sponsors at all levels (BRD/SRS/SDS/TestPlan/Implementation). Used Rational Requisite pro to capture System Requirements. Created Test Plan and Test Cases. Created Test Cases within Mercury Test Director.Created Implementation plan for the Infovitsa 4.2 Upgrade . The upgrade involved changing OS from Unix to Linux, upgrading Oracle from 9i to 10 G and Infovista 2.2 to 4.2. Created implementation Strategy which included Roles & responsibilities, backup plan, roll back plan, Patch deployment Plan, Portal Integration plan, Database Migration strategy, Post implementation Sanity Check Testing Strategy, ACL Completion Strategy, Communication Strategy, Escalation strategy, Access strategy for installs ( root, admin etc). Identify Risk, Assumptions and Dependencies.Application of UML / Use cases to exhibit behavioural requirements. Identify and Manage a WBS with respect to the activities and time lines budgeted during the Requirements Analysis, Identify Risks/Assumptions/Dependencies to the Key Stake Holders, and Sponsors.Analysis of requirements for Scorecards for Performance Management and Network Performance Management. Analysis of EDW for Data Mapping. Provide requirements and Analysis for ETL queries, stored procedures and Data Modelling. Provided Test Planning and test preparation for WNP project for Bell Mobility. Test Lead for Business Process User Acceptance Testing. Managed up to 30 Test Analysts to ensure Business Processes work to Bell Mobility's needs. Worked closely with Project Sponsor's and Project Management teams to ensure expectations of Business Process testing were met.
