As a Hemodialysis Technician I am responsible for measuring and recording the patient vital signs every 30 minutes when stable and every 15 minutes when unstable, observing the patient while they are on dialysis for 3-4 hours, doing the machine set up that is necessary for the dialysis treatment and other duties to ensure the compassionate, professional delivery of outpatient dialysis services.Such as assisting the nurses with assessment, communicating with the nurse about the patient current condition, and translating when needed.
