throughout the season for the Menken family and leafy greens to feed seven tortoises. Designed and installed a dripline irrigation
system in a pumpkin patch expansion project, compost facility for tortoise manure, and indoor seed-starting station. Specialized in
hand-crafted dried spices, herbal teas, foraged wild edibles and seed saving.
