* 260,000 dlls yearly savings in fuel by establishing the right amount for each type of load taking in consideration all the variables that affect fuel consumption and assign only the correct amount in our Freigthliner operation.

* Coordinate the cycle and lead-time reduction of the television manufacturing process by the implementation of specific methods, training and material preparation prior to the model change. This reduced our cycle time in 45 minutes meaning a 10% improvement of the total cycle time.

* Participate, analyze and established a plan to avoid raw material with high levels of variation in the thickness Using statistical process control and machine countermeasures we could obtain an increase of 10% in the material usage, representing 330,000.00 USD in annual earnings.
