Recruited for second in command position to take the company public in

the United States, establish timely and accurate financial reporting

and regulatory compliance, raise equity capital, refinance bank and

institutional debt and position the company for additional growth

through acquisitions and mergers.

Spearheaded a strategic merger with Hale Irwin Golf Services (St.

Louis). Served as acting President for nine month-period. Negotiated

and executed merger with Club Operations and Property Management

(Tallahassee). Consolidated and relocated operations and increased
