capital plan and sustainability activities.
6/09 9/12 Associate Vice President for Facilities SUNY Oswego
Chief facilities officer overseeing Facilities Design & Construction, Facilities Maintenance & Operations,
and Environmental Health & Safety departments. Coordinated all daily administrative operational strategies
and budgeting, conceptual planning, sustainability planning, and chief liaison for past 5year $300 million dollar
capital development plan coordinated with SUCF and DASNY agencies. Current projects include a new 350 bed
Village LEED Gold townhouse complex, and a new 230,000 sq ft Science Engineering Innovation complex.
March 2007 Received the SUNY Chancellor s Award for Excellence in Professional Service.

Provided leadership in the management of capital facility investments of the college through effective utilization
of staff, consultants, and contracted resources. Established the newly created department to address capital
campus development vision. Duties include significant coordination and communication activities with various
internal client organizations and with external funding and regulatory agencies, and oversaw the initial capital
revitalization plan on campus including over 100 million dollars in project activity over this decade.
A key member of the campus represented Campus Concept Committee which focused on goals and mission
themes for campus development, and aided in the establishment of a Capital Project Planning Group with key
administrative leaders that focuses on the physical environment aspect of supporting the mission of the campus
development concept. Project highlights include: Johnson Hall First Year Residential Experience Renovation,
Rich Hall School of Business Renovation, the Lake Effect Caf in Penfield Library, the Poucher Hall Humanities
Center Renovation, which received a 2006 American Institute of Architects Award for Renovations and was
Nominated for a SCUP Award in Academic Program & Facility, and the new signature Campus Center
Convocation and Event Center.
6/87-11/99 Assistant Director for Residential Facilities, Department of Residence Life & Housing- SUNY Oswego
Responsibilities included the coordination and implementation of a new facilities maintenance operation for
residence halls. Duties included staff selection, training and supervision, establishing quality standards and
response protocol for service operations, coordination of local and capital improvement projects, and budgeting.
