I started working as a GP, just after finishing medical school in the Dominican Republic, and in 2004 moved to Spain. My first posts were based in several Accident and Emergency Departments, for nearly two years. After that I started my General Practitioner rotation working 40 hours per week apart from on calls. I was in charge of both chronic and acute patients.

Two years ago I became in charge of Minor Surgery Department which involves a significative amount of Surgery procedures such as Lipoma, abscesses, warts, and ingrowing toenails.
