Team Building and Leadership
Active member of the School Improvement Leadership team, focused on quality instruction, effective professional development and creating an avenue for communication between staff and administration. Also participated in grade level collaboration and planning teams to monitor progress toward curricular goals, and worked as a member of Curriculum Council to ensure curriculum was being written, tied to the Common Core, and given appropriate assessments.
Goal Setting
