The project deliverables were implemented on schedule and within budget, meeting aggressive project dates.

Project Description: Coordinated the efforts to create detailed application recovery plans for 17 Finance and Risk applications, integrating the inputs of the application support teams, infrastructure support and business clients. Managed the establishment of the recovery environments for each of the applications, performing full recovery tests validating the recovery plans. This effort closed an audit exposure for the applications and the bank.

Project Description: Performed application development and enhancements for: Professional, Institutional and Dental claims (837P, I & D transactions), Claims Status Requests and Replies (276 & 277), Enrollments (834), Payments and Remittances (820 & 835), from initial analysis, estimates, coding, all phases of testing all the way through the implementation. Responsibilities included on-call production support. Developed an automated system to create form letters, replacing a manual system. The effort enabled the application to produce more and different letters, shortening the development cycle for subsequent letters and providing the users more control of the system.

Project Description: Performed transaction gap analysis of the clients systems, documenting and reporting the results. Led the team that developed the project issues tracking database for the practice and several other productivity tools.

As part of the merger team during a bank acquisition, coordinated the conversion and testing of several applications as well as the shutdown of another.
