I was awarded and recognized in the National Little League Headquarters as being the first girl in the Nation to play Little League Baseball. I am part of the congressional record, and was inducted into the Michigan Women's Hall of Fame.

Received a letter of appreciation from the Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels for my active volunteer work, and fund raising.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
I have had many career highlights, and to name a few highlights would be hard to select. I am most proud of the volunteer work I do, but as for career, I was the first woman in the history to be elected to be Chairperson position on the Planning Commission.
I was named to the Michigan Woman's Hall of Fame in 2003, for being the first girl in the Nation to play Little League Baseball. Stunt3 Multimedia is making a full length feature film about me, and it is scheduled for distribution spring 2011.
I have been speaking around the country about the importance of Title 9.
