GENERAL MANAGER (2009 to 8/2012)

The nation`s largest amphibious tour operator and amphibious vehicle manufacturer, with a fleet of 90+ vehicles carrying over 1.2 million guests per year.

Directed a team of 40 to 50 employees across six locations throughout Philadelphia, generating $4M in gross revenues from sightseeing tours, photography, and third-party partners. Oversaw five direct reports responsible for marketing, public relations, operations, maintenance, and safety. Ensured operational efficiency of a 19 vehicle fleet. Created and administered annual budget of $2.8M. Executed and managed annual business plan. Monitored and analyzed business trends; utilized results to formulate five-year plan for long term development of brand.

Drafted store layout bubble diagrams to assist union staff in executing in making sure the Top 10 SKU items were always present in the store. GENERAL MANAGER AND R&D CHEF (1997 to 2002)

Combined retail and wholesale pastry shop with addition of ice cream cafe/espresso bar generating a combined $1.5M in annual revenues.

Purchased and grew business from retail pastry shop to wholesale bakery and ice cream cafe. Performed all functions as executive pastry chef, including research and development.
