SUMMARY: Height 5’8 Weight 146 lbs. Health: Excellent Salary: Open-want to get back working for a company

I know how to hit the manufacturing floor at a run, which my former boss, Gabe Pelliccitti, will verify.

I like being part of a company & department & want to re-start my career in a company, as a manager’s strong right arm & re-enter a company in Operations as a Manufacturing Process/ Industrial Engineers, Project Engineer, but I equally like project management, running the floor, materials management, warehousing and scheduling, so I would be interested in a position as a Production Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or in Inventory Control, Scheduling or Warehouse Operations. I have been using Lean Manufacturing, Sigma & JIT methods since the mid-80’s. I ran production at GMs & loved it. Starting up new equipment and processes enabled me to run the production area, which in turn involved me in scheduling, and warehouse activities. I am multi-skilled, & like engineering, cost accounting, monitoring preventative maintenance, the floor, & materials management equally. I enjoy making things happen consistently on the floor & work well with people, know how to motivate & use team work & humor to make things happen favorably around me. My multi-dimensional thinking enables me to be an excellent coordinator, setting & meeting schedules. My Lean Manufacturing tools enable me to ID non-compliant issues & costs, & to subsequently be able to eliminate, or minimize such costs in any company’s operations I want to find a place in an organization where standardizing of Procedures, Statements of Work, as well as processes needs to be done, so consistency is the norm & maintained, so ROI is enhanced.

Doug Henry Lapeer, MI Durakon Industries VP Operations 801-***-**** - He said that they had planned to make me Plant Manager – the fellow staffers all were to resentful of having to give up power, being scheduled from outside even though I encouraged them to be part of the scheduling effort & formation. Production resented giving up the scheduling + fork truck effort & Warehousing resented the JIT overlay to accommodate the docks & key storage areas. All the managers had been at Durakon for some time, & they resented my scheduling effort impacting their control & areas. Doug Henry after encountering the resistance was told it was best if I start it up but once in place meeting needed to bring in new Materials Manager. By end of June I had the scheduling interface in place -all equipment was being scheduled thru out the Plant, as were all Maintenance activities. Within 4 months left in December 1991 the 4 Managers were all replaced due to continued resistance towards the new Materials Manager.

Former boss at CSI (sold Belden Wire 1/2000 formerly CSI, AT&T) Mr. Pelliccitti, said neither he, nor the other Engineering Manager, had seen such comprehensive, detailed, well documented project plans, specifications like those produced by myself in all their years at AT&T Wire, nor at CSI while I was at Belden Wire.

Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Ms. Jenny Brundage

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of recommendation is being written for Ms. Jenny Brundage regarding her performance, technical expertise & knowledge. During the last three years Ms. Brundage has worked on various difficult design & manufacturing engineering management jobs at Cable System s International (CSI) & Belden, Inc. She has performed very well in the given assignments & has demonstrated to be an effective technical planner, organizer, team player & problem solver. Her work ethic, attitude, desire to achieve are all excellent. Her technical experience & knowledge consists of copper rod metal drawing; the cleaning, tinning processes & the use of chemicals required for tin-plating copper conductor wires; the complex extrusion processes for manufacturing plastic insulated synchronized multi-line components; the design & fabrication of complex manufacturing tooling & fixtures; & electronic drives, motors & controls for extrusion process equipment. I would recommend Ms. Brundage for any future employment not only in the Cable & Wire Industry, but other comparable industries that would greatly benefit from her leadership, technical experience & knowledge.
