Assisted in the development of Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Program Management Directives. Authored the Training and Logistics sections of the approved Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) Mission System (JMS) CDD. Defined Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S) training and logistic requirements to upgrade mission and support systems at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Base and other locations in support of Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and JSpOC. Developed training use cases for ITW/AA and JSpOC. Worked closely with representatives from the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), US Northern Command (NORTHCOM), and United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) to ensure current missile warning, air warning, and space surveillance systems mission support as planning begins on the next generation of systems designed to defend the United States and its allies. Used MS Project to develop the BMC2 master project schedule. Researched, catalogued over 5,800 project documents, and created an Excel database to facilitate document retrieval. This project changed document retrieval from a hit or miss effort that could take days to a simple process that takes minutes. Developed procedures that provide for positive control of all documents in the database. Developed GPS manual from the 30% in-process review stage to the 90% in-process review stage in less than half the time scheduled. Maintained TBMCS master schedule using MS Project during the absence of the primary scheduler. Responsibilities included updating tasks and projecting progress made towards the completion of milestones.

Managed the development and deployment of several large software projects including the development and implementation of the Smart ATM and Smart Bandwidth Europe billing and rating system. These two products now are the number two revenue-generating products in the Generation D product line. Managed the vendor contract with USAN, Inc. that provided advanced voice products for the nationwide Citicorp contract and generated $30 million in revenue annually. Maintained master schedule using an MS Access database for ongoing projects. Managed the vendor contract with IKANO Communications, Inc., which provided outsourced Internet Service Provider services and private-label Internet solutions. Developed service level agreement and established metrics for contract performance. Developed the quote process ensuring all project milestones were met.
