Management of antenna earth station terminal hubs supporting U.S. military global satellite communications and Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) mission critical operations.Manage $60M budget for quality and accuracy of the program financial reporting, including forecasting of cost, revenue, risk management and warranty reserve. Manage government programs contract line item (CLIN) requirements in accordance with performance work statement. Generate and update integrated master schedule (IMS) for program reviews, task assignments and resources. Manage engineering, field service personnel and subcontractors for system planning, integration and implementation – to include site surveys, civil works, design drawings, technical manual documentation, factory acceptance testing (FAT), material handling/shipping, equipment installation, site acceptance testing (SAT) and satellite transmission testing (STT).
