At Coffield Prison in Tennessee Colony, TX
I worked there for 6 months. It wasn't a bad job, but not exactly what I had expected. I worked in the Administrative Segregation unit. I did enjoy the camaraderie and closeness of the other Corrections Officers.

I worked at Kimberly-Clark Corp. in Paris, TX from September 15, 1984 until May 15, 2006. I performed the duties as a Diaper Machine Operator. I had four others under me and I was responsible for both quality and output of the machine. I really enjoyed working in a motivated team environment.
I worked for Voluntary Purchasing Group in Bonham, TX from 1981 to 1984. I was a junior Warehouse manager. I counted product being loaded onto trucks and did inventory on Saturdays.
From 1976 to 1980, I was employed with Walker Manufacturing as a Quality Control Inspector in the warehouse. I worked with the warehouse manager to insure accurate counts and undamaged product being shipped out to customers.
I served in the USMC from June 14, 1972 to December 13, 1975. During that time I received two meritorious promotions and a letter of accommodation from the Captain of the USS Blueridge during the evacuation of Saigon in 1975. I was a field radio man, but worked more than half of my time in the Communications Center as a Watch Supervisor. I was also a squad leader with up 17 men in my squad at one time.
