January 2007 to March 2008 Led team responsible for capturing $671M USCENTCOM/MNFI Convoy Security Services (CSS) ID/IQ contract, as well as one of the first task orders valued over $75M. Led client engagement efforts at the Olive Security Training Center (OSTC), one of the worlds largest commercial security training facilities training Naval Special Warfare Group (U.S. Navy SEALS), the U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC), and the U.S. Armys Special Forces Groups and Law Enforcement SWAT and Special Teams. Led efforts to engage Congressional Members, Staff and Committees to track relevant programs. Company closed US operations in beginning in January 2008.

Oversaw a number of Military Exploitation of Intelligence and Reconnaissance Technologies (MERIT) Program efforts for client and managed programs which were part a large part of a $19 million budget. Responded to issues related to Intelligence budget, Congressional relations, and customer support. Prepared congressional testimony for Director and Deputy Director of Intelligence Community client. Booz Allen Hamilton, Senior Consultant (Intelligence Community)
1991 to 1994 Project Manager leading an Office of Secretary of Defense directed $30 million technology demonstration to address integration of intelligence support into military operations. Key member of Training and Exercise Support Staff for Intelligence Community Client. Developed exercise scenarios, participated in various levels of exercises from tabletop to large theater-level exercises. Led engagement and participated in numerous exercises at all levels within the DoD Command Structure. Participated as a member of exercise control group and also as exercise evaluator. Supported the development, design, and integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems and architectures.
