* Attained top margin to plan in company. Resulted in achieving of 23% margins to companywide at 20.4% by selling core, strategic products vs. commodity lines.

MANAGE PROJECT AND ECONOMIZED/SAVED
* Managed install of cutting edge Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) inventory management system to update a client`s tracking system to provide real-time vendor managed inventory. Resulted in installing and training client for true RFID tracking of inventory and replenishment with the least amount of shipping costs and keeping a min/max relationship to product used.
* Moved outsourced project to in house for client, with equipment, training and product. Resulted in a 65% reduction in overall costs of outsourced project and saved $2+ million over 3 years.
